global_colors_info=\u00a0\u00bb{}\u00a0\u00bb sticky_enabled=\u00a0\u00bb0&Prime;]<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>MISSION PRINCIPALE DU SRAD<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 13 du d\u00e9cret n\u00b02006-596 du 10 juillet 2006, ce service remplit, dans la r\u00e9gion, les m\u00eames fonctions que les Archives nationales au niveau central.<\/p>\n<p>Le Service r\u00e9gional a pour missions :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>La collecte et la gestion des archives publiques de la r\u00e9gion, du d\u00e9partement et des communes d\u2019arrondissement ;<\/li>\n<li>La conservation et la pr\u00e9servation des documents importants ;<\/li>\n<li>Le classement et la communication des archives ;<\/li>\n<li>La valorisation des archives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le profil des usagers du Service r\u00e9gional des Archives de Dakar est tr\u00e8s vari\u00e9. On y retrouve notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Le personnel de commandement, pour la consultation des textes l\u00e9gislatifs et r\u00e9glementaires ;<\/li>\n<li>Les \u00e9l\u00e8ves, dans le cadre de leurs expos\u00e9s scolaires ;<\/li>\n<li>Les universitaires nationaux et \u00e9trangers ;<\/li>\n<li>Les citoyens s\u00e9n\u00e9galais \u00e0 la recherche d\u2019actes pour faire valoir leurs droits, notamment fonciers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le Service r\u00e9gional des Archives de Dakar travaille en \u00e9troite collaboration avec l\u2019ensemble des services d\u00e9concentr\u00e9s de l\u2019\u00c9tat pour une gestion efficace des archives r\u00e9gionales.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>FONDS D\u2019ARCHIVES<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Le Service r\u00e9gional des Archives de Dakar conserve :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les archives de l\u2019ancienne Circonscription de Dakar et D\u00e9pendances (1924-1946) ;<\/li>\n<li>Les archives de l\u2019ancienne D\u00e9l\u00e9gation de Dakar (1946-1958) ;<\/li>\n<li>Les archives de l\u2019ancienne R\u00e9gion du Cap-Vert (1958-1984) ;<\/li>\n<li>Les archives de la R\u00e9gion de Dakar (depuis 1984).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Un inventaire partiel, portant sur environ <strong>932 dossiers<\/strong>, donne la r\u00e9partition suivante :<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00e9rie protestantes (1939-1968)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Le fonds du Service r\u00e9gional des Archives de Dakar est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 99 m\u00e8tres lin\u00e9aires, conserv\u00e9s dans un local de 20 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>Le travail d\u2019inventaire et de r\u00e9gularisation se poursuit, ce qui rend difficile l\u2019estimation exacte du volume lin\u00e9aire total.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>ACTIVIT\u00c9S ET R\u00c9ALISATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Sur invitation du Gouverneur de la R\u00e9gion de Dakar, le Chef du Service r\u00e9gional des Archives de Dakar participe aux diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9unions du Comit\u00e9 r\u00e9gional de d\u00e9veloppement (CRD).<\/p>\n<p>Le Service r\u00e9gional des Archives dispose d\u2019instruments de recherche, notamment :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>La s\u00e9rie 5D<\/strong>, enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9ris\u00e9e. Elle constitue une source incontournable pour l\u2019histoire du S\u00e9n\u00e9gal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>La s\u00e9rie C\u00a0: <\/strong>Affaires domaniales, enti\u00e8rement num\u00e9ris\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Les dossiers des associations <\/strong>(1997-2023), num\u00e9ris\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Parmi les documents les plus consult\u00e9s, la s\u00e9rie C (affaires domaniales) arrive en t\u00eate en raison des probl\u00e9matiques fonci\u00e8res et des successions \u00e0 Dakar.
